To find out how to check for sip federation server:
In the second line you type in nslookup you can change the domain name from _sipfederationtls._tcp.microsoft.com to for eks. _sipfederationtls._tcp.att.com.
Make sure that the partner that you would like to federate with also federate with your domain.
